Overseas
Our overseas production operations are managed by our RICH LTD. East office located in Shenzhen, China. Our China team provides engineering, sourcing, project management, quality assurance, logistics management, and sales support.
Our overseas supply chain encompasses a high-quality, cooperative network of more than 20 factories with various material and production specialties, a range of production capacities, and significant geographic and capability redundancy. Together this network provides virtually unlimited capacity to handle projects of any size.
Domestic
Our domestic in-house production facility is located in Oceanside, CA and features a fully equipped millwork shop and a team of talented craftsmen capable of producing virtually any kind of custom retail display using materials such as solid wood, wood composites, bamboo, sintra, acrylic, glass, solid surface and laminated wood composite countertops, LED lighting, and digital media players with integrated electronics.
From simple MDF or solid wood displays to high-end store interiors with solid surface cashwraps and sophisticated cabinetry with premium custom laminates and glass cases, our team is proud to say “Made in the USA.”
We work with many different types of plywood and numerous species of softwood and hardwood such Baltic Birch, China Birch, Red Meranti, Pine, Poplar, Oak, Douglas Fir, Maple, Ash, Mahogany, Walnut, and Teak. We are direct importers of bamboo plywood and have significant experience fabricating all kinds of custom POP displays out of this beautiful, incredibly strong, and highly sustainable material.
Our finishing department offers an impressive selection of standard and custom stains, washes, paints, and clear coat/natural finishes to create the right look for your custom retail display.
In addition to making our domestic prototypes and completing production on custom displays that incorporate overseas components, our production facility offers fast turnaround times and is capable of producing small runs as well as larger runs involving thousands of displays.
Printing/Graphics
Our in-house graphics department and print shop offer a complete set of graphic production services including large format digital flatbed printing, digital flatbed cutting, roll-to-roll printing, screen printing, laser engraving, and laser cutting.
We direct print full-color graphics on many different types of substrates including PVC, acrylic, MDF, solid wood, plywood, bamboo, bonded metal, vinyl, plastic, cardboard, cardstock, and other substrates.
We use our digital flatbed cutter to die cut signs as well as make small-run custom boxes and corrugated displays. In addition to laser engraving and laser cutting, we offer dimensional letters and dimensional logos which we can incorporate into your custom display.
We also make laser-engraved and direct-printed logo blocks using acrylic, wood, or MDF.
